Pros

Pay, bonus (but see below), location to public transportation. Excellent if you' re walking in from nothing as they will help you obtain your insurance license. I've watched some people lucky enough to be able to work from home.

Cons

Pay close attention to office environment if you walk around BEFORE accepting, multiple grading standards, new stringent bonus requirements. There has been gossip (fully disclosing as gossip) that any issues you share with operations level (which may include but not be limited to H.R., I.T., etc.) may not be completely confidential.

Pros

Helping people that needed life insurance. Genuinely caring about my customers and sending out policies that met thier needs unlike shoving overpriced policies down thier throat.

Cons

Being misused and recieving very little compensation for making this company tons of money. I was a top performer left high and dry by this company. We lost our jobs even though we were outperforming the PA site. They care about the bottom line only. They are never satisfied and prey on the sick and elderly.

location is convenient benefits are ok pay is minimum but ok

Cons

your not allow to go to the bathroom unless it's your schedule break are lunch the supervisor and higher ups micromanage you to death it's beyond stressful sooo many employees despise there job and management know and don't care it's like working in a third world country no lie ....Horrible
