Pros

The general consensus is the same - most of the people here are absolutely wonderful.

Cons

Here is a good title for this - they fired me while I was going thru cancer treatment! They rated me as unacceptable because I missed time for cancer treatment and did not make goals. They wrote me up for not making goal while I was still going thru cancer treatment. With that out of the way - this place if filled with favoritism - there is micro management beyond belief. They reward lying to customers. They lie to you constantly. They write you up when they change the rules - then realize that you cannot change the rules and backdate it. Outside of the fact that you will be calling elderly and those at risk every hour on the hour until they hang up on you or they finally fall out of the system after 2 or 3 weeks. Then again, you might be calling someone who an unscrupulous coworker just recycled into the system so they do not get a hit as a no sale - yes - it is that petty. And yes - even if people are calling for just free information and a free gift - you are supposed to sell them. Make your numbers - you will be written up - unless you are a favorite. They tell you this is sales and service - no - its sales.

Pros

Office is clean, coworkers keep you motivated.

Cons

-High turnover rate -Commission structure designed so most employees only get hourly pay -Micromanagement to the utmost degree (One of my coworkers was told he couldn't go to the bathroom until his scheduled break which was 3 hours into the shift). -Little to no work/life balance. -No upward mobility, if you are hired in sales, you will stay in sales. -CEO has no idea of what is going on within entry level departments. -Company requires you to offer a high monthly premium even if it doesn't suit one's affordability/exploit's elderly customers mental state by forcing expensive policies down their throat. HIGHLY ILLEGAL CONSIDERING YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AS A STATE RECOGNIZED LIFE INSURANCE AGENT *COUGH* *COUGH* PA INSURANCE COMMISSIONER !!!!

Pros

Pto and working remotely. That's it

Cons

If you value your mental well-being, avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about their employees or their customers. Shameful.
