This has become a very depressing place to have to come to everyday. Most employees are unhappy, but fear speaking up because management does not want to hear the truth about their unsustainable and unfair business practices. Managers and supervisors can write you up for any little reason that they see fit, and they literally make the rules up as they go. Human Resources is a joke, and they cannot assist you. They will side with management every time.

Supervisors who have no experience in supervising, nor do they attempt to train or grow to be successful in their position. Management is very childish and is only satisfied if you are sucking up and taking everything (even when they are wrong) and praising it. You are answering back to back customer service calls ALL day, with very little to no sales opportunities. The only way to make decent money is to work a lot of overtime or makes the unrealistic goals. Some make it , but many don't. The customer base is feeling deceived and frustrated so that makes for a very long day.
