Pros

Executive staff genuinely cares about investing in and growing talent. / Lean, low-hierarchy structure and entrepreneurial atmosphere provides great training and professional growth opportunities, particularly in IMS (internet, marketing, and credit depts). / The culture works- use data to drive profit; encourage creativity and discussion amongst team.

Cons

Location- Monroe is a cute town, but very isolated. / Diversity.

Pros

They will promise everything. deliver on none.

Cons

Beware of "over delivery of promises" for your employment. These are desperate people. Not very good at any best practices. Does not matter, unless your related to middle management.

Pros

Great for the person living close to the company. They provide training in all areas of the business from customer service to bakery to fullfillment building.

Cons

They have been taking benefits away from their employees. Communications get mixed up quite often. Seems people try being supervisors when it's not their place to give orders.
