Pros
The branch staff are fairly removed from the politics and manipulation that occur in the administrative office and are generally friendly and upbeat.
Cons
The administrative office is riddled with fear based management tactics. There is a fundamental lack of leadership skills among senior management. From Human Resources to the CEO, there is nowhere to turn for guidance or acceptance. They fire people left and right with no warning. You could be told you are doing great one day and be gone the next. They don't train, coach or have rhyme or reason for the sudden changes they make or the people the fire. Senior management lacks the strategic skill set to grow the organization in a sustainable way and they rely on being the biggest to continue being the biggest. They reject innovation, they put themselves first and the members and employees last and they spend more time deciding which color something should be than whether or not the organization is profitable or ethical.
