Great opportunity to learn how to function in a high stress environment and remain completely anonymous when it comes to your real contributions to the organizations.

Cons

Employees are consumed with looking over their shoulder hoping they are not the next person to get caught in the cross hairs of management. People are so scared of the CEO's connections that they shy away from even applying elsewhere because they worry he may find out. Big Brother is a great way to describe the culture of management.

Benefits are seriosuly lacking. Worst PTO plan I have ever seen. Very political and horrible management. Extremely toxic! If you want to work for a place that doesn't value employees, this is the place. They will find any reason to fire you. God forbid you ever have a serious illness. Stay far far away.
