Pros

Some good people who genuinely care about their members and the work they are doing. If you have a good branch or department, it can be pretty great.

Cons

All the emphasis is being placed on profits; quality of customer service doesn't matter any more, just bringing in the money. Executive team and supervisors who don't care about their employees. Zero upward movement; people get passed over again and again for promotion because they always bring someone in from outside. God help you if you DON'T have a good branch/dept, because you're not going anywhere.

A profitable company who will reward you regardless of your actual contribution. They reward anyone who can keep up the glorified mediocrity that keeps the doors open.

Cons

Excessively poor leadership. An HR department that doesn't understand the needs of workers and refuses to act humanely. This company should be embarrassed with the facade they present to the members and potential employees.

Most of the people are great. Those around me work hard and are very knowledgeable. They do a great job.

Cons

Stay away from management at all costs. The higher the position the more child like they are. Don't trust them at all.
