Pros
We are a big company, so you can come across smart and talented people every now and then. Location is nice - Portland is a growing city that hasn't lost its small town feel. IT people are doing a great job and are very responsive to your needs.
Cons
Low salary. Outdated processes. Lack of creativity among the older generation of managers. No growth. Many employees work here not because they want to, but because they feel they have nowhere else to go. Lots of meetings that make no sense. People keep leaving the company.
