      People are genuine, work is impactful. Depending on your department, flexibility can be a bonus

      Cons

      Mandatory storm duty, below average pay and company and is based on time at ComEd, outside experience doesn't count. They promote youth and stagnant employees they deem are within a certain number of years to retirement, highest levels of leadership is more concerned with customers and shareholders than employees.

      Benefit is ok. Good sick time and PTO

      Cons

      This is the worst utility I ever had. Bad management team. 3% salary increase which is lower than inflation. Leadership never care about employees.
