      Pros

      Great pay and honestly that's it . Great co workers and a nice working space. They feed you if you have to stay 16 hours on storm duty

      Cons

      Unorganized chaotic never can get a straight answer on anything. Management sucks a company of this magnitude using outdated software. Everyone wants to point fingers when something happens but we are not adequately trained. Part time doesn't get paid time off and you also have to choose between medical or vision and dental. Upgrading to full time is based off seniority currently been part time for about 3 years.

      Pros

      Lots of room for advancement if you are even marginally better than your coworkers at the job. Good work life balance. Many events are held.

      Cons

      Some employees are lethargic. The center is not competitive with similar company's' HQs. Unless your department us new, work is usually slow and there is a lot of gridlock.

      Pros

      Great pay, great benefits, not many places you can get a union job with pensions, 401K'S, employee stock programs, and make over 100K a year without a college degree. Plus if you want to work towards it, they will help with tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Sometimes overworked and understaffed. Management sometimes doesn't see the easiest way to do things, not all management has worked in the fields they manage.
