Thank you for taking the time to post your review. ComEd and Exelon are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse population of employees. We believe that there is strength in diversity, and we seek employees that reflect the diversity found within the communities we serve. However, we do not have diversity quotas. If you would be willing to discuss further, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak to you. Please email CorporateTalentAcquisition@exeloncorp.com. We would love to hear from you!

Pros

Good pay and benefits including 401k pension medical dental and visipn

Cons

You will truly work 24 x 7 or at least be on call. Annual review goals needed to be managed through out the year but had little to do with daily work or responsibility.

Great place to to work, although it's hard to grow your career.

Pros

Great Pay. The company isn't going anywhere. You will have important responsibilities from Day 1. New CEO will be good for the company long term.

Cons

Hard to get promoted, especially with favoritism playing a big role. Lots of responsibilities means it's tough to truly step away from work and take a vacation. Certain departments are in dire need of more staff. Sometimes there's a "too many cooks" situation with higher-ups.
