      Pros

      Comprehensive and ongoing training and development, weekly and monthly bonuses, merit based promotions, generous benefits and 401k, clear communication and leadership, industry leading products, and a positive environment. The founder of the company was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize in 1980.

      Cons

      It's good old fashioned honest hard work, and that's not for everyone. That's why so many of our agents have been athletes, grew up on farms, or came from the military.

      Good ideas bad management

      Pros

      Good training program you will meet a lot of new people that are willing to do a reallyt nice job.

      Cons

      Not management support, no really a good structure and you will have to work with your own resourses.

      Great B2B insurance sales opportunity

      Pros

      Great opportunity to sell voluntary benefits to small / medium employer groups. Employees are becoming interested in signing up for supplemental insurance policies, especially those with high deductible health plans. Combined offers great products, including life insurance/ w/guarantee issue, long term care policies, accident /critical injury, sports injury, income protector, etc.

      Cons

      Commission based, but hard work will pay off.
