You get promoted based on performance and the company is focused on growing the management team. The compensation is extremely lucrative and the support and training is very well established.

Cons

Learning the system like any other career opportunity. There is a lot for a new professional to grasp with the products, system, training, and with learning the targeted area and industry.

Cons

Not really a con....but if I was looking for a time-sheet job, this isn't that. I need to keep my motivation at a consistent level.

Pros

The systems in place with this company are by far the best in the business. Being in the Syracuse area it has been a pleasure to be able to locally work for a company of this caliper. I've worked for other Insurance companies and have interview with almost every one in Central Ny and this company stood out the most. The compensation is well above all others but most importantly the stability of income is what stands out the most. It's a w2 position on all levels with 401k matching and full benefits that are industry leading. The growth and opportunity with this company including Syracuse is spectacular and promotion is based on your proformance not seniority. This is a great place to start a career in Insurance and for individuals who are already in the industry to be successful.

I wish I had started with combined years ago. Networking is key in management
