      I love working here at Commerce

      Pros

      Commerce is very supportive of their employees, I received months of training, and still get training/coaching daily. There is several people in my branch that are almost always available to help, and if they are busy there's tons of people I can reach out to for help. I also love my hours, and the paid holidays. It makes it possible to have a personal life as well.

      Cons

      There has been some changes in processes and products, I wish there was more time spent on teaching these new products/processes.

      Conservative, Hierarchical Environment

      Pros

      There are young people being brought in through programs, and the culture is supposedly changing. Maybe in ten or fifteen years after more management has retired it'll be better.

      Cons

      The culture isn't truly changing, even though it's talked about a lot. Older management styles, very apparent hierarchy, below average pay, overworking is becoming increasingly common, strict security policies (it's a bank afterall), a weird mixture of purchased software and custom development, many older employees who have only ever worked at the bank and who are resistant to new ideas,
