      Pros

      Consistent schedule, PTO, there are also a few great employees.

      Cons

      From what I’ve gathered this is very location specific, leadership is awful and has no communication. Training is very minimal and does not actually prepare you for the position you’re hired for. Work drama and extremely lazy employees run this location while management is incredibly disconnected from the day to day operations. The drama and laziness continue as management just enables those employees with little to no repercussions.

      Benefit package similar to other hospital organizations

      Cons

      Centura took over management of our rural regional hospital and completely decimated the seasoned local employees. They are all about the dollar. They try to run everything from Denver and do not value any local input. We are 7 hours away from Denver, yet Centura thinks we don't need local leadership. Our community has lost all trust in its community hospital due to deceptive billing and lack of transparency. I worked for my local Centura facility for 13 years and finally left in disgust. Almost every 10+ year employee I knew there has left or been fired.
