Pros

Fantastic pay, great benefits, great PTO. Teams and employees are great and friendly.

Cons

Management is not great. Unfortunately, time spent working here is not taken into consideration for discipline. I'm not, but you could be a 30 year, disabled veteran, with multiple accolades and awards, and you would be out on your rear within a day of 'disrespecting' someone in a directorial position. Aren't Catholics supposed to 'move around' the troublemakers like they do their priests?

Pros

Pros - frequent openings because no one wants to work here

Cons

Negative, toxic culture Severely understaffed in pharmacy technicians Can’t hire quickly or effectively Anyone can be a manager no matter how little training or qualifications you have Management is anti-union to the point where they will hurt their own bottom line and patient care

Not great for men

Pros

Paid on time with minimal errors.

Cons

-Perks cut to nothing over the years. -Mediocre benefits. -Feminized work environment. -Severely short staffed in IT. -Almost no advancement if you’re male. Worked here over 15 years and by the time I advanced enough to land a job in IT, I was so burned out I had to leave a year later. Passed over countless times for promotion, based mostly on gender. The Sisterhood is in full force here. Epic teams were severely short staffed. Had to front run projects, etc. to meet deadlines. Had double the number of owning areas than the vendor recommended, per analyst. Plus, I was providing Tier 2 support for an unrelated system. Totally ridiculous.
