None honestly. You’re overworked, given ultimatums and not listened to when it comes to the residents healthcare.

Cons

Management staff dating within the employees Overworked Have to provide washing items for residents, paid for out of our pockets Management doesn’t listen to PCTs and RMA about residents health and our concerns
