Pros

Residents, and their families, coworkers, seeing them every day and know that you can help in some way gives you so much more rewarding. Even part time staff get vacation time.

Cons

The core values in the beginning of training made me feel like that is what I wanted to be apart of only to be disappointed as they don't want you to speak up or stand by them 100%. Nor do they honor some of thier bonus systems in place even when you have completed the proper documentation. The more you do the more that is expected for you to do. Pay is very low. Very unorganized starting from the corporate office down. No good communication or a good system in place. Hard to keep good employees. I was very sad and disappointed.

Pros

When I first came to the Company it was equal opportunity for all no matter race, age or gender. Your employment was based on job performance and knowledge. My supervisor knew what I did and could actually do my job. Ideal company to work for!!! I love Commonwealth!!!!!!

Cons

New management in place with obvious discriminatory habits. The discrimination is huge!!! You can see daily how based on who you are you are treated differently and disrespectfully based on race, age, job status. Policies do not apply to all. Someone who has no earthly idea of what you do is your supervisor!!!!
