Smaller community. Easy to reach the higher ups. Always something to do.

Cons

Technology out of date and stopped working frequently. Incentives suck. Bonuses were horrible. Always short staffed. No one lasts. To much turnaround

Nice team members to work with, Standard work-life balance, basic office amenities.

Cons

Poor training, poor leadership (starts all the way at the top and reflects at each level), toxic culture, questionable safety of office building (questionable air quality and would not pass a real fire inspection), archaic processes.

Hours, and work like balance

Cons

Upper management is terrible, and very clicky. You are not allowed to give suggestions for improvement, unless you enjoy being yelled at. They can not keep people hired, and are starting to run on 1 person crews in the various back office processing. This leads to very unhappy customers, and a difficult time meeting goals. I have seen blatant racism, and am appalled to be associated to this work space.
