I didn't come across many cons that would be worth discussing. Community Health Network is generally a good place to work.

Rarely see management and other team members would review work. High turnover and not respected as employee despite education and experience. Hired poor workers at times due to turnover and treated all employees disrespectfully. Pay lower than other hospitals.
