      Pros

      Good job security. My first office shut down and they allowed me to transfer within the network. Annual (small) bonus is nice and helpful.

      No room for advancement in my position.

      Pros

      very pleasant, team-work oriented environment, everyone is very friendly and helpful, doctors (at least that I work with) are very down to earth people, no lay-offs like most other networks in the area have had.

      pay is a little low, insurance is expensive and limits you to their network

      Good work/life balance, great CEO

      Cons

      No room for advancement for administrative employees, reached top of scale after only 5 years so no more raises and the pay scale never changes. They don't look at work experience within the organization when applying for internal transfers. You can be fully qualified with many years of experience, but if you don't have the "required" degree, then you won't even be considered. They will give the job to an external candidate with barely any experience instead. The healthcare benefits are expensive and they won't cover your spouse if they can get insured through their employer.
