You learn great customer service skills and patients when you deal with the public, Hours are guaranteed if you work graves yard shift because no one wants to work those hours, also you learn new computer systems and it gives you an advantage when applying at other hospitals

Favoritism, Certain employees get special treatment or get the benefitted position due to knowing management

I identify with the mission of CMC to Promote Health and Health Education. Community Medical Centers delivers the best possible care with limited resources often uncompensated as a safety net hospital network.

Cons

Challenging time to be in healthcare with the very unpredictable government funding models being driven by a centralized policy maker in Washington who is often out of touch with our local population needs.

Cons

With the changes in healthcare reimbursement it seems administration is not being proactive instead reactive. To many good employees laid off over the last 2 years.
