Lots of overtime, which means lots of opportunity to increase the pay. Three hospitals with many upgrades. Job security.

Cons

Hourly employee. I have to punch a clock. I cannot work from home.

Essentially a cohesive atmosphere, CMC has a good system for on line mandatory education, employee cost for benefits are reasonable

Cons

Has had some nursing layoffs in addition to other occupations as well. There was some union bashing activity by administration
