Residency programs, and willing to hire new grads. Pay is competitive.

Cons

More parking may be needed because this hospital seems to be growing in staff.

amazing physicians, CRMC is a good teaching facility (partnered with UCSF), good benefits, ability to transfer to the other facilities

Cons

lack of professional development opportunities unless you're in a management level, disorganized, need stronger physician relations, needs a solid strategic plan based on thorough assessment, need to have a better "brand" presence in the community, need to host more fundraising events (like SAMC)
