      Pros

      New leadership that is eagerly working to revamp our product lines. There is always something new to sink you teeth into, so a great opportunity to learn and use new technologies.

      Cons

      Yet another merger, which will continue to thwart career and salary growth. Still waiting for a viable product strategy and sales pipeline. Organizational structure is still a mess, but at least the toxicity has been reduced.

      Pros

      Really smart people, opportunity to learn Rust, and good medical benefits.

      Cons

      Very unfocused management. No clear direction was given as to how to make the company profitable. The initial vision of the founders was good, but it was jettisoned about midway through my brief tenure, and then it just became clear that there was no plan B.

      Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We recognize that we have a lot of opportunities to improve communicating our evolving product and strategic direction to employees. We move quickly, and often there are market or customer forces that necessitate pivots within our priorities, but we've frequently received similar feedback that we don't do a good enough job articulating the reason behind these types of decisions to employees. We're working to improve those processes and limit reorgs and restructures moving forward. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
