Pros

Working at this company has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The fast-paced environment keeps me on my toes, constantly learning and adapting to new challenges. What stands out the most is the flat leadership structure—everyone is approachable, from senior leaders to colleagues across the team, which fosters a truly collaborative atmosphere. I have the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects, driving them from start to finish, which gives me a real sense of accomplishment and impact. The team is full of hardworking, dedicated individuals who share a common goal: to create tangible, meaningful change. Unlike many companies where focus might shift to creating impressive presentations, here, we’re committed to working on initiatives that truly make a difference in improving healthcare workflows. Our work is driven by a strong mission, and the tech-driven culture ensures we're always learning, innovating, and staying ahead of the curve. It’s the perfect environment for anyone passionate about making a real impact in healthcare while continuously growing in their field.

Cons

While there are many great aspects to working at this company, there are some challenges that can make the experience difficult for certain individuals. One of the biggest downsides is the long hours—there’s a constant push to stay on top of everything, and if you don’t pace yourself, burnout can easily creep in. The leadership, though enthusiastic, is relatively young, and this lack of experienced mentors or coaches can make it harder to receive guidance or career development. Additionally, the company maintains a 5-day-a-week in-office culture, which may not appeal to those seeking more flexibility or a better work-life balance. The overall environment can often feel like you're always grinding, with little time for downtime or relaxation. For those who thrive in fast-paced settings, this might be energizing, but it can also feel overwhelming at times.
