Pros

Good place to learn and grow. Fast paced environment, and exciting opportunities to flex into work and projects that you may not have the opportunity to work on at a larger company.

Cons

They aren't joking about a face paced environment. If thats not for you, its likely not the right fit!

Pros

Really being genuine here - Seeing my work impact customers directly, and improving their efficiency makes a huge difference for me. Work life balance is a bit skewed towards work and is completely voluntary. I stay late because I want to stay late and put in the extra mile because I know the impact the change is gonna bring. I love working here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for being proud of what they build and want to grow in the tech industry as an engineer. Also - free lunch. period.

Cons

Fast-paced. If you are looking to relax and do the 9 to 5 job, this is not for you. It really requires you to be invested in the company's goals. If you don't believe in the product, and you're just doing it for the money, DO not apply. Not a lot of diversity.

Scaled health tech company primed for success

Pros

- Scale: Scaled health care tech company that is serving over 100 of the largest health care enterprises in the country. Diversified portfolio of solutions that each on their own have meaningful scale. - Technology: Deep technology stack that is rapidly evolving thanks to the progress on LLMs. Not an empty wrapper that is selling the dream. Commure is at the fore front across the entire CEO scorecard when evaluating technology solutions. - Mission: Very mission-driven amongst every member of the team. There is infectious energy around simplifying health care, and the team is working hard to deliver solutions that improve the lifes of patients, clinicians, and administrators. - Outlook/Macro: Health systems - after a decade of waiting and seeing - are making technology decisions every day. Strong support by investors and strategic advisors.

Cons

- Focus Amidst Breadth: With a broad portfolio and multiple high-potential product lines, there’s a lot happening at once. At times, it can be challenging to maintain clear focus or alignment across all initiatives. That said, the energy and ambition are exciting, and I see it as a good problem to have. - Still Maturing: Like many young, fast-growing companies, Commure is still evolving when it comes to operational consistency. There’s strong intent and investment in making this a place for everyone.
