I'd choose another health startup

Pros

• I worked with some insanely intelligent and talented people. They have unfortunately left the company to go on to opportunities where their skill set could be properly used • Health insurance was fully covered • Teams have a lot of autonomy (pro and con because this comes from the lack of direction on the leadership side) • The team is diverse (LGBTQ + marginalized gender-friendly)

Cons

• Retention has continuously been an issue within the org and while it had been acknowledged, there were no concrete plans to solve for the fact that people were leaving the company weekly • Leadership has a heavy background in working with more established companies and therefore seems ill-equipped to create a solid and executable company vision and product strategy • Teams work in silos with no visibility • Projects and products are changed every few months, lack of stability. This is common in startups but not at this level.

Utter chaos

Pros

The people here are smart, there’s lots of potential for greatness.

Cons

Poor execution of strategies that are constantly shifting, teams are disorganized and in constant disarray, immature leadership (very obviously) lacks experience, CHEAP. (No raises, no headcount — would prefer to throw work onto current employees, excluding any nepo babies.)

Pros

-free lunch -dog-friendly office -alot of great people that work for the company, you're going to make a lot of friends. Sadly, these people are being taken advantage of.

Cons

Zero strategy on the GTM side of the business. None, 0, nothing, there is literally not an ounce of direction. Just like the prior reviews, it's just a bunch inexperienced c-suite individuals throwing stuff at a wall to see what sticks. What are we selling this week? Is it Agentic AI? Scribe? RCM? Who knows because we know none of it is sticking!! There are too many priorities right now, too many product lines. You guys might have had something good here, but you screwed it up by trying to move faster than you could operate. IPO is definitely in the future, but it just goes to show that the C-suite really doesn't care about their employees. They just want to pump and dump talent to satisfy their own needs.
