Disorganization brought to you by ego-driven "leadership"

Pros

Some talented, hard-working co-workers who deserve better

Cons

- Notice the influx of 5 star reviews all around the same time? It's the result of a "Glassdoor initiative" in which the CEO and HR asked employees to leave 5 star reviews. Rather than fix the culture, let's just inflate the ratings. - Leadership lacks strategic insight. The aggressive emphasis on speed means decisions are rarely thought through in any meaningful way. Workers are ultimately burned out and demoralized as a result. - Perpetual firefighting and blame-shifting culture. Expect late night / weekend texts and frequent war rooms. If everything is urgent then nothing is urgent. - M&As are handled extremely poorly: lack of communication, chaotic layoffs. - Complete disregard for patient privacy and HIPAA regulations.

Pros

Genuinely none, but for the sake of transparency theres free snacks and lunches, and H1B sponsorship

Cons

Our company is honestly a mess and I dont know how much more I can take being yelled at day after day because our product doesnt work. We have so many intelligent people but we are consistently executing at the wrong level. All the positive reviews are actually fake. They tell employees to give good glassdoor reviews dependent on their hiring sprints. Don't believe me? Take a look at when all the positive reviews are posted. There are so many smart and talented people at this company, but dont expect for any of your own strengths to be leveraged. You will not learn anything strategic here. Managers have the same amount of experience an associate does, no learning happens here. Just firefighting. You are expected to work overtime if theres a new project, sprint, escalation or initiative (which newsflash- is every single day). I have seen people who have joined and quit not even 2 weeks later. The only people who stay here long term are bound by visa needs or benefit heavily from the boys club vibe of this company. If youre thinking of working here, dont. They lie about role responsibilities ALL THE TIME and will "restructure" you into a new position with no say whenever they feel like it. Everyone here is trauma bonded over how awful things are and looking to get out. Its not worth it truly.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Run by a 20 something CEO who thinks he can conquer the world - no real business experience. They acquire companies and gut them - if your company is being acquired by them, I would start applying elsewhere. Definitely some shady business practices going on as well...
