It's doomed to fail

Pros

It is primary remote company

Cons

Commure has several cons that potential employees should be aware of. The company is too bureaucratic, with six levels of management above regular developers, which can hinder decision-making and innovation. The technical management pyramid is also extremely incompetent, from the CEO to the line manager, and turnover of top technical talent is high. The company has undergone three major layoffs in less than a year, and has hired VPs for every letter of the alphabet, which can suggest a lack of focus and accountability. There have been no pay increases for the last two years, despite inflation. Finally, the company's own product ideas are vague and impractical, and the only corporate training provided is about "woke" topics, which may not provide meaningful value to the employees or the company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and we're sorry that you had such a negative experience. While turnover is never easy, our goal is to treat all employees - current and former - with transparency, honesty, and compassion through these difficult moments. We don't always get it right, and we always have room to improve, but our intentions are always to care for our people as best we can. We know we have more work to do to create efficiency in all of our departments without sacrificing talent, however Commure's technical teams are consistently delivering new features, support, and releases across our entire suite of products. We also believe Commure is on a strong growth trajectory, and we have the faith and confidence of some incredible health systems, investors, and advisors throughout the industry. We hope you're doing well and wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share this constructive criticism with us. As our product strategy evolves and changes, it's natural for there to be some lack of clarity both internally and externally. We've worked diligently this year through our internal communications and company meetings to provide updates on our direction to employees, but there's a level of agility required for a company in our phase of growth. Our innovation partnerships with companies, our evolving product portfolio, and our M&A activity leads to new go-to-market avenues and our Marketing team is defining our presence in the marketplace through these changes. We know we can do better. Thanks again for your feedback!
