We're working diligently internally to do a better job communicating our evolving product and strategic direction to employees to limit that feeling of indecisiveness. We have more work to do there, but we're incorporating this feedback throughout our internal communications and company meetings to provide more transparency to Commurians.       Too much restructuring, lack of focus

      Really smart people, opportunity to learn Rust, and good medical benefits.

      Cons

      Very unfocused management. No clear direction was given as to how to make the company profitable. The initial vision of the founders was good, but it was jettisoned about midway through my brief tenure, and then it just became clear that there was no plan B.

      Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We recognize that we have a lot of opportunities to improve communicating our evolving product and strategic direction to employees. We move quickly, and often there are market or customer forces that necessitate pivots within our priorities, but we've frequently received similar feedback that we don't do a good enough job articulating the reason behind these types of decisions to employees. We're working to improve those processes and limit reorgs and restructures moving forward. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
