      Pros

      Good office technology, good fun place to work. You can make a difference here, willing to try new ideas Transitioning from start up culture into well run mid sized firm. Not too bureaucratic.

      Cons

      Location in Central Reading seems a strange choice. However, next to the station so not too bad. Reliance on one software solution. May need to diversify to reduce dependency risk.

      Excellent senior management, Excellent product line. Strong base pay. Reliable support organization. Company is growing rapidly but still retains some of that small company feel.

      Cons

      Poor benefits package, limited vacation time with no carryover/no cashout. No 401k matching. Not much room for personal growth. Shrinking bonuses.
