4yI am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at Compass and I appreciate you taking the time to write this review. With our new contract in place we've been able to improve salaries across the board but advancement opportunities outside of our clinical roles are something we have identified as an area for improvement and we hope to address this in the new year.
