      Love the people and the culture of the company. Agents are treated as the "client" and the company does its best to support and provide resources for the agent's success. Collaborative and supportive environment, despite the competitive industry.

      Cons

      The industry itself is competitive. But Compass does it's best to make it as collaborative as possible.
