Pros

Benefits are company paid for, everyone seemed nice, PTO was okay

Cons

Everyone seemed nice. Managers lie to your face and multiple rounds of layoffs meant getting rid of highest paid workers with least amount of effort. Everyone is out for themselves and most benefits were taken away. They pride themselves on giving you a 2% raise when inflation is 7% and tell you to be grateful while everyone at the top are getting thousands in bonuses.

Pros

No return to office mandate for Transaction Operations team.

Cons

A lot of talk but no real management. Benefits and employee perks have been stripped over the last 2 years amid layoffs and reduced hours. Employee tools are lacking. They'll "promote" you with no pay increase or title change. Don't drink the cool-aid.
