I had a lot of hope upon joining the company on my team. Unfortunately over the last two years, if you are in an agent-facing support position, you are underpaid, overworked emotionally, and the criteria for promotions are ever-changing as the company is moving so fast to keep up. Because of this, insanely smart and talented people have become aggravated by the lack of upward momentum and year-end increases of $1K or less.
