Pros

The benefits and perks are great.

Cons

Expansion Management, Manager has no knowledge of the new Markets which makes it impossible to achieve goals of the company. And they are horrible at their job. The company is growing too fast instead of fixing a lot of internal problems. You’re not given all the necessary tools to do your job, it takes forever to clear answers. They consistently ask for feedback from staff and they do not take it in consideration. HQ maybe doing fine but the newer markets are left in the dark. Looking back I would not have come to such a dysfunctional company, knowing what I know now. From the outside it appears to be put together nicely but it’s far from the truth. Time exposes all.

Pros

I came to Compass prior to the official launch which was fun and fast pace walking in the door and this is how I love working. The teams of various departments are truly amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive of each other - the first time in a long time where the aura in an office is outstanding and allows me to be eager to get to work every day. No one here has the need to "one-up" each other, it is truly an equal form. The team building they believe in is astounding. For it to be a large company it actually feels small with how easy it is to get a hold of someone for questions, support, direction etc.

Cons

Depending on how you work would decipher a con. I love working in a fast pace environment implementing ideas, building processes and procedures when starting a company etc., so, in this case, the average con is a pro to me.

Pros

The welcoming warmth and passion starts at the very top with Compass and trickles its way down throughout each and every agent and employee. Our Culture is a result of a mother telling her son to DREAM BIG, and he has. We all thrive in the Compass environment and it creates a place where we all are passionate about giving and becoming the very best we can. We hire the most talented, authentic individuals and Dreams become reality as a result. Bar none, THE best place I have ever worked.

Cons

We are growing at light speed, and with growth that fast, you have to hold on tight, yet still be flexible and enjoy the ride. There are bumps here and there, but we all come together to work through those bumps and will never stop!!
