      Pros

      PTO but you lose whatever you have if you quit even with notice. Use it all before you give notice!

      Cons

      Not much training. Can't ask compliance hotline any questions to see if your concerns are valid before rocking the boat. It's a useless program.

      Pros

      Pay is fair but no chances of raises admin very nice good benefits. You have to like micro management to work here.

      Cons

      Admin interested in numbers not quality of care lots of unhappy pt's and family. Micro management distrust by admin. Lots of unhappy employees.

      Pros

      Salary is competitive. Honestly, it's the only pro. I have a 20 word minimum here and that's the best I can do.

      Cons

      Goals escalate too quickly and become unobtainable. Fired without warning. Extremely difficult to reach people in other departments for help. (HR, Technical Support, Accounting, etc) You are not paid out PTO regardless of your length of service with the company. The bonus structure is disappointing and not at all motivating. No company credit card or expense account. All expenses are to be paid by HCC and reimbursement takes 2 weeks.
