Pros

Caring for the terminally ill and being able to improve their quality of life. Clinical team was full of caring and compassionate individuals.

Cons

Upper management was numbers driven. Quality care was decreasing due to time restraints with very large caseloads. Very short staffed. Admissions mandatory after already working an 8 hour + day. Morale very low in the office. A lot of childish behavior and unceccesary punishment takes place in the office. Benefits were horrible.

Pros

Decent pay, generous time off. Well, there's a twenty word minimum so this is all filler. Really. Not many "pros".

Cons

Management doesn't listen. I read in one review about HIPAA violations. That's just the tip of the illegal iceberg. What's worse is that the head honchos know everything that's going on and choose to ignore it. HR is a total joke. This company cares about NOTHING but the bottom line. And God help you if you try to make any complaints about anything. You are immediately a target for hostility and bullying. I've seen it. The people who actually provide the patient care are amazing and truly want to make a difference. I think that's the only reason anyone sticks around. We're afraid of what will happen to our patients if we leave. This company drives away anyone who advocates for their patients. Don't risk your license or reputation for these people.

Pros

I don't have a single pro comment to add to this review. I wish I had something nice to say but there isn't anything.

Cons

This is a completely money driven company that does not care about their staff or patients. It is not about the pillars it's about the all mighty dollar. You get worked to death with unrealistic expectations and then are tossed out with the garbage when you haven't met their insane standards.
