Unfortunately, this hospice is strictly numbers driven. The core concepts are not upheld throughout the company. They make poor hiring choices, which inhibits growth and productivity. Management, overworked, lack of help, unsafe case loads. There is no work life balance you are cast into the sea of patients with limited assistance and no follow through by management. Training, what was training? Too many little clicks within the office and back stabbing by TC's, business management and upper management. The unfortunate thing is they talk about other employees in front of you. How sad instead of helping they destroy! They do not follow the pillars as multiple items were turned into the management and staff continued to do the wrong thing for over a year.
