Pros

Easy to get hired. Offers great benefits and training.

Cons

Allows you to grow into a corner. Very willo g to add to your workload.. no raises. Management is very distant, should be more involved in processes. Higher managment expects things to be a certain way based off numbers and dont take into concideration every account runs diffrently..

Good benefits/discounts/training. Work at different client sites if you want.

Cons

Pay is below average. A pay raise would be nice to have after a years worth of work.

You never hear from them.

Cons

Don't expect a raise. Don't expect a bonus. The benefits are standard - I had a 2% match (ok) but they gutted that so if you are new you wont get it. PTO used to be a decent amount but they gutted it for new people. You used to be able to leave with all your PTO paid but now you have to use it before you leave. I would highly recommend not working here for more than 6 months - year. Its at best a pit stop - and they wont miss you when you leave. I left voluntarily for the reasons above... stayed too long.
