Pros

CompuCom offers great benefits and assistance to help people who want to obtain IT certifications. They also have a great PTO system.

Cons

Management is constantly changing. In my three+ years with the company, I've been under three different managers. There is no potential for moving out of current roles are positions are never posted. Instead promotional positions are simply offered to people so that they don't have to pay them what the new position entails.

Wish I could think of a pro. Don't work for this company unless. Keep looking else where. The end.

Low pay, poor benefits, no overtime, no career plan, no yearly increases.
