Pros

Training opportunities to learn good -- benefits good -- client relationships good -- co-workers for the most part work well together, share knowledge -- good starting point for experience

Cons

Management does not respect the techs in all they do as such no raises, getting written up or fired more common -- if you make it into a management position becomes like a boys club, they reap the financial rewards -- management talent is not the best -- customer comments about management not always favorable.

Pros

There were a few pros when Steve Brown was the manager. The work is always different your never doing the same thing

Cons

NO advancement, no raises, no sick time, hard to contact managers, your not an employee your a number, never back the employee. They give bonuses to their chosen ones and people in management can work for the employee the contract employees out to but the contract employee can't the have standards for management but not employees.

Pros

Vacation time, certification training. Get all the training / experience you can and use this place and get out ASAP

Cons

No raises. Ever. There were even COLA increases built in to the contract I worked on and they still wouldn't give it to us. It's appropriate that your ID credentials are your initials and a number, because that's all you are to this place; a number and management is convinced you can easily be replaced by a semi-trained monkey. They pass over internal applicants for promotion in favor of bringing in outsiders.
