Basic Benefits and time off if you were hired before 2008

Cons

Extremely dishonest managment and HR alike White and Black managers play favoritism when promoting, giving praise, and bonuses. Unless you know someone in the top management, you will not get promoted They have been losing contracts with big name companies for the lake of being agile

Pros

the IT techs at CompuCom tend to be very good and being in a company made of IT people means we all tend to speak the same language making communication easier.

Cons

There is a large disconnect between corporate and service workers. you direct manager and trainers are fine but anyone else beyond that, your just paper.
