Pros

CompuCom provides education reimbursements and a substantial amount of online courses for certifications and talent development.

Cons

Management is like a revolving door, with every new decision-maker claiming they have the answer to fix everything! All the changes management has made in the past few years have been to the detriment of the employee. Associates are no longer allowed to carry over any PTO. CompuCom publicly cites studies that conclude employees do not take time off from work due to fear of the increased workload upon returning. Instead of offering assistance so that work doesn't accrue to levels that are unmanageable, CompuCom is punishing its associates by modifying its PTO policy to "use it or lose it," and offering no additional support to address the reasons we're afraid to take time off. Additionally, new Associates joining the company accrue a fraction of the PTO that were afforded to newcomers in years past. Talent will not stick around waiting for positive changes. I'm afraid this company will be losing many of its contracts due to poor performance.

Pros

Good salary, vacation, great people (Back in the day... 10 Years ago) In 2015 CompuCom call all the Techs and told us they were changing the pay structure (cutting wages) everyone took a 24% pay cut. They offered a 6 weeks pay if you did not like it and wanted to leave. If you are just starting out and need help getting industry CERTs - This is a good way to build a resume and get CERTs.

Cons

Not much support from management. Lowball starting wage and one raise in 10 years so small that it could be considered an insult (no raises in the last 3 years). Employee morale, benefits gradually declined, lack of work life balance, demanding work load coupled with undervalued compensation. Don't expect company appreciation through raises (cost of living or otherwise). Healthcare options went down the tube to minimums, while costs grow in the real world. Perks and bonus are out the window unless you are 'connected'.
