Pros

My favorite parts of my current job is the ability to work independently (trust from my employers) and the staff I work with. I have been working remotely since last August. The benefits are great.

Cons

There has not been any salary increase since 2013.

Pros

They offer certifications, and offer employment. They have contracts with multiple large corporations which allow you to get a foot in the door.

Cons

No increases or bonuses if you're higher than 50% of the job title bracket, VP gets 10% bonus for every worker that's not filled. You end up being overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated for the work you put in. No opportunities for advancement, they will release you from projects just to hire you back at a lower rate.
