Pros

A nice company to work for. Interesting and diverse work makes it nice. Good fellow employees to work with as a team

Cons

Compucom pay scales are falling behind industry average and some very excellent employees are moving onto better opportunities elsewhere. Too much is many times expected for too little compensation.

Good place to get experience if you are new to the industry, otherwise look elsewhere.

Cons

Where do I start? Starting wage is well below average. There are no pay increases for techs PERIOD. Management is out of touch. Communication to techs does not exist. Turn over is out of control.

Pros

I was literally handed the tech lead for when CompuCom won the Wal-Mart contract back in early 2014. I worked with some of the best managers I have ever had in my life, and I learned so much and grew professionally. It was wonderful people I worked with all around. Then moving to the Field Operations Center, I developed confidence I could work a help desk role when I didn't have the confidence before. I was lucky to have some of the best managers around.

Cons

The one complaint I have and this isn't really much of one is to learn from the Wal-Mart experience and try not to make the mistakes made here. I am leaving because of it, but I have no complaints doing the job I did.
