Pros

Benefits are OK and as long as you speak English they don't really demand that you are tech savvy or anything

Cons

You learn a lot really fast but this does not improve your chances at a promotion or a pay rise. Also, when a management position opens, instead of promoting someone from their pool, they will bring someone from the outside.
