Pros

Steady work and the team at the site were great to work with.

Cons

Was brought on as a temp to hire with no benefits, holidays, or vacation time. Was suppose to be only a temp for 3 months, but at the end of month 9 I was still at this status. Company treats their field level technicians as entry level positions and offer below competitive salaries and when asked about being on boarded was told that the paper work was being worked on and will be completed at the end of the month, I got this month after month.

matched 401k savings plan (3%), 80% tuition reimbursement, employer pays for industry certification exams

Cons

-they pay extremely low. i've been employed with the company for 8+ years and only two pay raises (with Above Expectations performance rating). -management is consistently "reactive" rather than "proactive". -Good Ol' Boy network well entrenched.
