All feedback is valuable to us, so thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your time with Computacenter on Glassdoor.
As you’ve identified, the Computacenter leadership team are both enthusiastic and ambitious. However, they also believe in doing the right-thing at the right-time for the long-term benefit of our customers, employees and our shareholders. As a result, they are highly regarded both within our company and in the external market. For example, 86% of Glassdoor respondents rate our CEO, Mike Norris, favourably.
We’ve made great progress since acquiring FusionStorm in the US in 2018. However, as you’ve pointed out we’re very keen to expand this part of business further.
I’m sorry to hear that you felt that there were limited opportunities for personal growth whilst you were at Computacenter. Likewise, it is disappointing that you felt our compensation package was disappointing.
